3. Independent Contractor Disclaimer

Creators and brands acknowledge and agree that:

  • Creators are independent contractors, not employees
  • Amplyfic has no obligation to withhold taxes or provide benefits
  • Any compensation arrangements are agreed upon separately
  • Amplyfic is not responsible for tax reporting, filings, or compliance

4. Eligibility & Representations

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have legal authority to enter into binding agreements
  • All information submitted is accurate and truthful
  • You will not misrepresent metrics, identity, or intent

Amplyfic reserves the right to verify, reject, or remove any user at its sole discretion.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

Amplyfic expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Guarantees of campaign success, exposure, revenue, or conversions
  • Guarantees of creator selection or brand placement

6. Payments & Financial Responsibility

  • Amplyfic is not responsible for payments between brands and creators
  • Payment disputes are solely between the involved parties
  • Amplyfic does not guarantee payment processing timelines
  • Fees, commissions, or retainers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Amplyfic reserves the right to charge fees for services at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All Website content, branding, designs, and materials are the exclusive property of Amplyfic.

Creators retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Brands receive only the rights explicitly granted per campaign agreement.

Unauthorized use of Amplyfic intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to manipulate metrics, data, or systems
